Aviation Big and Small

What do we do?

The group is intended to further promote an interest in all forms of aviation. At the present time, full-size aviation is the main interest of most of the group although model aircraft is the group leader’s main hobby. We are currently in the process of visiting places of interest, such as operating airfields and aviation museums; group visits to air shows are being investigated. Model aircraft will be introduced to the group when the weather is suitable.

What level of knowledge is required?

Participants need have no real knowledge or experience of aircraft, just a keen interest.

How many in the group, and are there any vacancies?

There are always vacancies in the group which currently has seven members.

Where do the meetings take place?

We meet as and when required.
