What do we do?
We study and aim to enjoy great novels, plays and poetry, ancient and modern(ish).
What level of knowledge is required?
No knowledge required, just a love of language, enthusiasm, stickability and a willingness to discuss.
What materials are needed?
No materials are needed, apart from pen and paper occasionally.
How many in the group, and are there any vacancies?
We are 16 – 18 in number. Vacancies are rare: none at the moment but it’s worth getting on the waiting list!
Where do the meetings take place?
We meet at the homes of two of our members in turn on the first and third Mondays of the month.
